Description The KC9650 is an instrument-grade low-power microwave source that provides a continuous output power of up to 50 W, with flexible adjustment across a wide range. It also features extremely high frequency stability and setting accuracy, allowing precise 1 Hz-step frequency tuning. The KC9650 offers high output quality, with low phase noise and parasitic amplitude modulation of less than 1%. Its phase noise is controlled, allowing accurate signal detection using a peak power meter. When used as part of a microwave measurement system, it simplifies the detection circuitry. The product incorporates temperature compensation and closed-loop control (ALC). With a cooling surface temperature range of 0–50 °C, its drift is minimal, typically not exceeding 0.5 dB. The cooling method is flexible: the cooling interface is a large flat surface compatible with external water-cooling plates or air-cooled heat sinks. The device provides a 12 V power output that can directly drive a fan, eliminating the need for an additional fan power supply. The KC9650 operates on a single 30 V power supply and integrates an internal operating power module, making it easy to use. It supports both analog and digital control, including USB, RS485, and network control. It is suitable for scientific experiments and industrial applications with general reliability requirements and can also serve as an exciter for other microwave sources.
