Selling on behalf of the family of Leslie Evans Leslie Evans was a well renowned sax teacher and pro saxophonist and the younger brother of George Evans band leader . Also Leslie Evans was an expert when it came to mouthpieces ,reeds and also had written lots of articles on tonal production , embouchure ,mouthpiece’s and mouthpiece tabulation charts ,all still can be found on the internet . Grafton Acrylic sax made by Dallas of London The sax is complete which is rare considering the material they were made from . The key guard has suffered some past damage but has been repaired ,not an uncommon site on the Grafton The pads seat ok and are sealing ok . So an iconic saxophone previously owned by a pro player ,the Grafton is fun to play and made famous by names of the past ,Charlie Parker springs to mind Please beware this is a commission sale and ukhorns have not had any work done to sax prior to sale ,so a trip to a tech would be recommended . y .
